Culture at A&G
Small firms do not manipulate the criteria or spend their time applying for “best employer” awards. We do not hide the fact that CPAs work in a challenging field – that is what drew us into this profession in the first place. Large firm or small firm, the bottom line is all of us put in extra hours during key times of the year. Where a large firm thinks nothing of sending a staff member away on a three-month assignment, we do not want you to miss your family and personal events and obligations. We care about our professionals genuinely, not just to win a best employer award.
A&G is an equal opportunity employer.
